Our story starts with Joel, our founder, who discovered his passion for heating and air back in high school. What began as a part-time job quickly turned into a lifelong career. He earned his HVAC diploma while working at Georgia Trane, gaining real-world experience with one of the top names in the industry. After spending over 15 years working for larger companies, Joel realized he wanted something more personal—something that reflected his own values. With the support of close friends and family, he took a leap and started Redwood Heating & Air. Since then, we’ve grown from a small local operation into a thriving, trusted HVAC business in East Metro Atlanta—and we’re just getting started.

Today, Redwood Heating & Air is proud to have built a team of highly skilled, state-licensed, insured, DET-certified, and EPA-qualified technicians. We prioritize ongoing education and hands-on training to stay ahead of the curve in today’s ever-evolving HVAC world.
